We have designed and manufactured our control houses to ward off all the harsh conditions an asphalt plant is subject to. Although asphalt plants are much cleaner than in years past, flying dust and dirt, along with severe weather conditions, can even wreak havoc with the best computer control equipment.

Features include:
  • Portable or stationary designs, depending on your requirements.
  • All steel construction, heavy duty I-beam base and rectangular steel tubing make up the support frame. Units can be moved completely equipped!
  • Quality materials are utilized for both interior and exterior: vinyl floor, paneled walls, acoustical ceiling, flourescent ceiling lights and exterior vinyl siding.
  • Angled reflective tempered windows for clean 270° field of view.
  • Hinged door in house side provided for ticketing and dispatching.
  • Completely insulated top-to-bottom.
  • Central heating and air conditioning for operator comfort and optimum computer environment.
  • User-friendly design for easy access to all plant controls.
